The Zeilbeck Group LLC has been awarded the Workforce Investment Grant. FSSA is issuing our agency funding to support our direct service workforce. We plan to use this funding in the following ways to invest in our direct support staff.
To provide immediate support to our staff members, we plan to issue one time bonuses.
All applicants will receive a $1000 sign-on bonus after fulfilling 60 days of employment.
Staff Referral Bonus
Employees will receive a $1000 referral bonus for bringing in new employees. Employees will receive $100 if the applicant completes the hiring/orientation process and the remaining $900 will be paid out after the applicant completes their 90 day probationary period.
Each month, the Zeilbeck Group will be awarding selected staff members with a $50 gas card. These gas cards will serve as an incentive for staff members who are continuously going above and beyond (ie; picking up open shifts, helping out when needed).
We are in a constant process of increasing direct support wages. Wages will reflect an applicant's experience in the field, as well as education. We will also be offering wage differentials for working in homes with more behavioral and medically fragile individuals.
Moving forward, the Zeilbeck Group has made Juneteenth a paid holiday effective June 2023.
Full-Time employees will receive a one time installment during their employment to use as a relief fund. These funds can be used to assist employees in a time of need. Examples include but are not limited to; personal vehicle issues, home appliance repairs, medical expenses, security deposits for rental properties, etc) The employee must have been employed with the Zeilbeck Group for 1+ years and be in good standing. Additionally, the employee must provide "proof of need" for the requested funds.
